Great Value 4-Bike Rack for 2018 Honda CRV that Can Fold Down and Tilt

Hello etrailer, 2018 Honda CR-V I am in search of a 2inch hitch receiver Curt 13397 hanging 4-bike rack which folds and tilts on a $300 budget. I will be carrying 2 adult bikes and the bike for 10 year old and 13 year old boys. Both boys ride small bikes for their age at this point. The bike my wife rides is not a traditional girls bike. Although it is an old trail bike with a thick frame. Will I need an adapter bar for her bike and one for each of the boys bikes? Often it will just be my wife and boys going biking so I would like one a little lighter for her to handle. She is only 52 but strong so I worry a little about her ability to install and remove the bikes from the rack on her own. I also want one within the next two weeks so something with a backorder of any length is no good unless there is a compelling reason to wait. I am curious of your thoughts on what to get to meet our needs. Please advise.

For a 4 bike rack that can tilt and fold down and is a great value we have the Thule Camber 4 bike rack part # TH9056 that would work well in the Curt hitch # C13397 that fits the 2018 Honda CR-V. To carry a woman's bike in this rack you would need an adapter bar like part # UB01.
