Yes, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50082-58, is the correct installation kit for your fifth wheel hitch on your 2010 Ford F-250 Super Duty 8 Foot Bed.
This is the custom install kit which is the kit we like to recommend over the universal kit. The custom kit uses existing holes in your vehicles frame which will minimize drilling and measuring. It also will take half the installation time compared to the universal kit.
I am including a link to the installation instructions and a link to an installation video of this kit being installed on a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
If you need to add an extra 7-Way connector in the bed of your truck we have the Pollak 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness, part # PK11893-11932. This will plug into your existing 7-Way and give you an extra 7-Way in the truck bed. I am including a link to an installation video on the wiring harness.
