Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2013 Dodge Durango

Question:

Are there options like a molding kit for installing behind a fascia that does not have the access panel. Just need for bike rack.

I'm not sure what you mean by a 'molding kit', if your Durango lacks the access panel in the rear bumper, your best bed for a hitch would be to use the Curt # C13182 Class III hitch. The hitch fits models with an 18 inch or smaller spare tire. Larger spare tires won't be able to be stored under the vehicle.

The Draw-Tite part # DT38MR is an excellent hitch, but it won't work with your vehicle because it won't work with vehicles that don't have the removable panel in the bumper.
