Troubleshooting Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller Voltage at Stop
Question:
When I’m sitting still with a 0.5-1.6 volt reading sitting still and can hear the brakes making noise why is it doing this

It looks like the voltage is being sent to your brakes. This could be a draw from bleedover of another function, so I recommend cleaning your trailer connector with some sand paper and then using dielectric grease like # 11755 to ensure connections are clean and reduce future corrosion.
