Can ABS Solvent Be Used to Repair RV Waste Valve that Broke at the ABS Cement

Question:

We had a tire blow out on out 2005 Chinook Glacier a few days ago and it damaged our Bristol black water dump valve. The assembly looks like a 3 sanitation tee with 3 valve and 1-1/2 tee. I have 2 questions: 1 The damage done was separating the bayonet portion from the valve flange. It doesnt look like the ABS material broke - it looks like the bayonet portion just pulled away from the flange. Can I use solvent cement to reattach the bayonet portion to the valve? 2 If I have to replace the valve assembly will the bolts and seals work with the existing flange on the tank side of the valve?

ABS solvent most likely would be all you'd need since it looks like you got lucky and didn't break the valve or pipe components. For that we have the part # A05-0303.
