Yes the Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Platform Rack # NV22B-NA22B will fit your Jeep Wrangler Rubicons's 2" hitch. The maximum weight the bike rack can carry with 4 bikes loaded is 160 lbs. A combined maximum weight of 242 lbs Including the weight of the bike rack of 82 lbs would be below a 2" hitch maximum weight rating.

With the Rubicon package you may run into clearance issues with the spare tire when folding the bike rack up. When the bike rack is folded up the closest point is 7" away from the center of the hitch pin hole. With the over-sized tires on the Rubicon your hitch may be too far under to fully utilize the folding feature of the bike rack. You can accommodate this by using the Kuat Hi-Lo Hitch Extender # HL20B but you will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50% which may fall below the bike racks capability.

If clearance and capacity are a concern, the Yakima HoldUp 4 Bike Platform Rack # Y02443-2 gives you a high weight capacity of 50 lbs per bike, but weighs in at a hefty 98 pounds., which is 16 punds heavier than the Kuat. The biggest benefit of the FourTimer is the clearance around your spare tire. The center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the bike rack when folded up is 12" giving it an extra 5" of clearance compared to the Kuat rack.

Another big difference between the two is the FourTimer is a frame mount design which is not recommended for carbon-fiber bikes where the Kuat NV is a wheel mount which is ideal for carbon frame bikes.

The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR will also fit your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The weight capacity is not as high at 35 lbs per bike but the clearance is 13-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center mast. This is one of the most popular bike racks for the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited because of its clearance but it does have a lower weight capacity and hanging style bike racks are not recommended for carbon frame bikes.
