Correct EZ Lube Spindle nut and Washer Kit for my Trailer

Question:

I pulled off the hub to inspect the bearings. In doing so, there was no cotter pin through the castle nut. I could not locate a hole through the spindle for a pin to retain the nut. Is this proper? How is the nut to be kept from coming loose? Also, the grease fitting was missing. The port does not appear to be threaded, it is larger than 1/4, 6mm, smaller than 8mm. Is this a pressed in fitting? If so, I cannot locate them on your website. The sticker says it is part of the SuperLube system.

Not having a cotter pin is not acceptable but because it is an EZ-Lube hub it should use the Spindle Nut Kit for EZ Lube Axles part # RG05-100. This has the tang retaining washer to keep the nut from backing off.

As far as the grease zerk they are threaded. If yours are broken off you will need to drill them out carefully and tap the hole to match a grease zerk you want to use these are readily available at any parts store or you can use part # Gzerk.
