Is There a Front Mount Hitch Option for 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon

The front and back frame/bumper fittings are similar. Can this hitch be mounted on the front?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76227 cannot be installed on the front of your 2019 Subaru Outback but is a great option for a rear mounted hitch receiver. The front frame and suspension is not designed for the additional cargo weight and stability required to add a front mounted hitch receiver.
