Can you please tell me what my tires load range should be based on the picture provided ? Thank you!

Thanks for the picture from your trailer. From that I can tell you need a tire setup in the size B78-13ST (modern size 175/80-13) and you need to have the weight capacity high enough for a total weight of 3,070 lbs.
So based on that you'd need a Load Range D tire in this size like the # AM10210 which has a weight capacity of 1,650 lbs and is a radial.
