I checked with our bike rack manufacturers, and they haven't as of yet gotten a chance to test fit their racks on a Tesla Model Y, but I can tell you how to determine what will fit.

All you need to do is take a quick measurement of your bars, as well as their spacing; for example, the rack I recommend, the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103, will fit crossbars up to 4" wide and with a spacing between 16" and 48" apart.

The FrontLoader has an integrated locking cable which secures your bikes to the rack and can also lock to the roof rack so you can protect your investments. To do this you will need the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07202.

This rack fits the vast majority of vehicles so it will likely fit your Tesla, though I do recommend verifying this first. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103.
