Threads of Bolts on Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier
Question:
Is it possible to have an employee double-check the thread pitch on these bolts by screwing a standard lug nut different manufacturer onto them? The threads appear course like 1/2-13 rather than 1/2-20 lug bolts. Some reviewers have stated that regular lug nuts do not fit properly despite the description given by the manufacturer. Id like to use them but only if my existing lug nuts will fit.

I had part # 2109 pulled from our warehouse and you're correct they are 1/2 - 13 coarse threads.
