If you have a 2WD, I recommend using the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-116-47. If you have the 4WD then instead you would need the # SSR-117-47. These progressive load control springs adjust as weight is added for shock absorption and stabilization. These springs require no maintenance so they are great to give you support when needed and simply allow your factory suspension to work as designed when they aren't needed. They are great for reducing sag as you stated under the weight of your trailer.
For the size trailer you have, a weight distribution system is also likely needed if you don't already have one. I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 14K GTW, 1.4K TW # RP66561 Then you will use the hitch ball # 19286.
