Height of Spare Tire Carrier for Roadmaster Tow Dollies

What is the height from the base plate to the center of the lug bolt holes center of wheel?

I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster and he wasn't able to give me that exact measurement, but he was able to tell me that the total height of the Spare Tire Carrier # RM-2000-7 is 17-9/16" so since that top bolt is right at the top you can use one of the holes in your wheel as a reference point (see attached).
