Replacement for Damaged Thule Helium 3-Bike Rack

We have a thule 9043 bike rack that we purchased from you a couple years back. Someone backed into our car and a piece broke - one of the arms tbat holds the bike. Do you sell this replacement part? If not can you recommend someone who might. Thank you

Unfortunately, Thule doesn't offer the major components like the bike rack arms as replacement parts so your best bet will be to replace the rack. The current version of the Thule Helium Pro 3 bike rack is part # TH9043PRO.

A 2-bike platform rack like the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 you'd looked at, part # SH22G would also make a fine replacement. Platform racks are easier to load than hanging-style racks are, and the Sherpa 2.0 would allow you to tilt the rack rearward with the bikes on the rack to access the trunk or cargo area, which isn't an option for a rack like the Helium PRO.
