Weight Distribution Recommendation for Towing 2021 Keystone Bullet 290BHS
Question:
I’m looking to buy a camper and I’m trying to figure out what I need to aid in pulling it. Do I go with a WDH, air bags, or something else? I have a 2014 F-150 and I’m looking at pulling a 2021 Keystone Bullet 290bhs. Thanks

When towing a bumper pull trailer like the Keystone you mentioned a weight distribution system is the best way to reduce sag and improve the overall towing experience. Not only does it reduce sag but since it does so by distributing some of the trailer's tongue weight up to the front axle of the tow vehicle you also improve braking and handling unlike suspension enhancement that just reduces sag.
I looked up the weight of the 2021 Keystone Bullet 290BHS and the best weight distribution and sway control kit we offer is the Strait Line part # RP66084 which has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs and features only sway control that works to fight sway before it starts.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
