Will the Hayes Engage Work in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler

I own a 2013 Jeep Wrangler 2 door. Manual Transmission. I own a V-Nose Cargo Trailer 10 x 5 x 6 LxWxH .. I want a basic controller: Hayes Engage Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 3 Axles - Time Delayed Universal Wiring Adapter for Hayes Trailer Brake Controllers Part Numbers: HA81760,HA81789-HBC will this suffice for this set up? Thank you.!!

Yes, you can use the Hayes Engage Trailer Brake Controller # HA81760 and adapter # HA81789-HBC in your 2013 Jeep Wrangler and it will be sufficient to tow your cargo trailer. Some models will require a wiring kit to run wire to the battery, so if you're not getting power when the controller is plugged in, you'll need to use part # 5506 which includes 20, 30, and 40 amp breakers. This is mostly just something we've found in vehicles that did not come with the factory towing package.
The Hayes Engage isn't the fanciest controller and it doesn't provide proportional braking, which is a downside, but it will do the job just fine for you.
