LED Light on a license Plate Bracket Flashes and Will Not Stay On
Question:
I only need a license plate light for my Tow Hitch Basket and so I hooked up a Rees Connector to the two wires and plugged it into the socket on the tow bar of my MB Sprinter Campervan. Th problem is that the LEDs flash when the unit lights are switched on. On line research show this to be a common problem with European vehicles....essentialy the vehicle sensors cannot detect the light load required by the LEDs so doesnt switch to a fullon state. Is there a solution?

Sounds like the lights are hyperflashing. This can occur if the load is not sufficient like you have said. You will need a load resistor like # DI34ZR to provide enough load to allow the light to come on properly.
