Can Dual Hitch Adapter be Used with Swagman Quad 2+2 While Towing a 1984 Coleman Popup
Question:
I have a 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited. Id like to use a dual hitch receiver to hold the Quad 4 while pulling my popup. Is there any way to measure to see if it will work, before I order?

A dual hitch receiver like the Malone # MPG544 will allow you to install the Swagman Quad 2+2 # S64FR and a ball mount for towing on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, but it will cut your hitch weight rating by 50% (so cut it in half and then remove 86 lbs for the weight of the bike rack) and I don't think you'll have enough room for turning with this longer bike rack.
Instead what I recommend doing is either installing a trailer hitch like the Curt # C13704 on your camper (fits 22" to 66" wide frames) and then using a bike rack rated for a trailer like the Swagman XP Bike Rack # S64940, or you can install a roof rack on your popup and then use roof mount bike racks. If you want to go the roof rack option just let me know and I can help you with those parts.
