Replacement Jack for Boat Trailer with Snap-Ring Mounting Bracket
Question:
I’m looking for a trailer jack for a pontoon trailer. The one that is on there is held on by a snap ring . What would you suggest? The trailer is a big rivers Ltd.

The best option to install a new trailer jack on a boat trailer with existing snap-ring mounting bracket would be to go with a bolt-on option, the Round Swivel Marine Jack part # MJ-1200B. I know you want to try and reuse the existing mounting bracket but the fact of the matter is that these snap-ring mounting brackets are not universal (different sizes) and most of the older options are not available anymore.
