Question:

Hi Jon, thanks for the reply. Presently I have an Atwood Surge Brake Actuator, Model 84132. Can you recommend a replacement for the Atwood? I have attached two picture of my existing actuator. Respectfully,

Since Atwood went out of business none of their actuator (or other product) replacement parts are available unfortunately, so your only real option to having a working actuator is to replace the entire unit.

I am attaching a link to our selection of replacement surge brake actuators that you can check out. If you can give me some more details about your Atwood actuator and send a few pictures in I can try to help you choose the best replacement option.

Thank you for the pictures and information! To replace your Atwood Surge Brake Actuator, Model 84132 I recommend going with the Demco 7,000 lb actuator which is available without a lockout as part # DM72VR or with an electric lockout as part # DM62VR. This actuator fits with 2" hitch balls and mounts to a 3" wide channel tongue with 3" on-center mounting bolt holes so it will match up exactly with what you have now. Attached are some videos that you can check out.
