The rails of the TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # TX272201 you referenced will add about an inch to the tops of your bed rails so as long as you have at least 7 inches of overhang to bed rail clearance currently this will work fine. Otherwise you'd need to go with something lower profile like the Lo Pro part # TX572901.
