What you described sounds like a weak or bad ground on the right side of your trailer wiring. Each of the circuits on your trailer need to be grounded and the ground circuit on that side of the trailer is what all circuits you mentioned have in common. So try checking to make sure everything is grounding like it should. Sometimes lights ground through their hardware so if that's the case make sure they are connected to a clean metal surface. Or if the ground with a wire make sure it's connected to a clean metal surface. You can also run a jumper wire from there to the main ground harness as well.
