As a first step, you'll want to confirm the fully loaded tongue weight of your travel trailer, including the weight of anything stowed in the truck bed behind the rear axle. I'll link you to a help article that explains how to do this.
Assuming your fully loaded trailer's tongue weight is between 750-1000 lbs, I'd recommend the Curt # C17500 Tru Track weight distribution system. The system combines weight distribution with 4 point way control that's rated for trailers with tongue weights ranging from 800-1000 lbs, which should be perfect for your travel trailer. The system also includes the 2-5/16 inch trailer ball.
I've linked to an installation/setup video that you should find helpful. The video shows the kit being used with a Chevy Silverado, but since weight distribution systems aren't vehicle specific the video will still be helpful.
