Trailer Fold-Away Coupler Compatibility for 3 x 2 Trailer Tongue

Question:

I am looking at installing a bolt on Fold away coupler on my boat trailer. My problem is the trailer tongue is 2” X 3”. With the 3” across the top and 2” on the side. I did not see one on your web site. Can you help me? Thank you.

The Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 3" Tongue - Bolt On - Up to 5,000 lbs # FHDPB330301 will require you to add a spacer. This can be welded in place or can be bolted in place but you definitely want it to be longer than the hinge for the added stability needed for the hinge. We don't carry that spacer so you will need to have it fabricated.
