There are disc brake kits for a 5,200 lb axle, and if you are only looking for an over-the-hub rotor of hub and rotor assembly.
If you have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and are only looking for an over-the-hub kit the correct part is the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2" # K2R526S.
For a hub-and-rotor assembly, so long as you have inner bearing 25580, outer bearing 15123 and grease seal RG06-070 you can use Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2" # K2HR526D.
