The Strait-Line Weight Distribution System with Sway Control part # RP66082 would work just fine on a 3,300 lb trailer. If your tongue weight is slightly under the 200 lb tongue weight capacity, this won't be a big deal at all and the system will still work just fine. The number of axles also won't be an issue for the system.

Don't forget the 2" Hitch Ball part # A-90.
