Installing 4-Pole Trailer Connector on 2003 Jeep Liberty Already Wired for Flat Towing
Question:
My jeep has been wired so I can tow behind my rv. now I want to tow a trailer with the Jeep Want it to work with RV or when I towing with Jeep. How do we wire so both will work when needed? Thank You for any help you can give me

To provide a 4-pole connector on your Liberty for towing a trailer, you would need part # 118524. The Tow Ready T-1 connector installs inline at the point where the factory tail light harness plugs into the tail light assemblies. Other than running a wire to the positive battery terminal to provide power, installation is plug-and-play.
Installing the Tow Ready # 118524 will not interfere with your existing wiring for flat towing.
