Best Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack for 2014 Jeep Wrangler with Fat Tire E-Bikes

We have two fat tire ebikes w/20 tires. We would like a hitch that would fit a Jeep Wrangler with spare tire on the back. Extends out. Any ideas on a hitch?

The best trailer hitch for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98856 because it has a longer receiver tube which will allow for more clearance of hitch mounted accessories from the rear spare tire.
