Can the Ball Mount in the Curt Towing Starter Kit be Used in the Rise Position?

Hi I have the below Kurt Item # C45534 and the is too low can I flip to make it a rise it’s for a 2010 Range Rover sport thxs

Yes the ball mount included with the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches part # C45534 can be flipped over. You will need to remove the ball of course and place it on the other side. This should be torqued down to 250 ft/lbs. when installing it.
