As long as your 2012 Chevrolet 2500 HD does not have fender flares, then you can use the Husky Liners Custom Molded Front Mud Flaps, # HL56791, and the Rear Mud Flaps, # HL57791. At this time we do not have mud flaps available for trucks with fender flares.
