Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at this impact license plate frame. This EVA foam bumper and strong (fingers tapping) polycarbonate shield are going to work together giving you superior license plate protection. This durable, thick bumper is going to line your plate to help protect your vehicle's paint. And this shield (fingers tapping) is going to guard your license plate from road debris and keep it from bending. This shield actually has a UV treatment to prevent discoloration, so this is going to stay clear and keep your plate visible.

Now, I do want to mention that you do want to check your state's regulations first before installing this. Maybe your state has some regulation against using something like this, so you want to make sure that this is going to be legal for you where you live. And this is going to be an easy installation with your existing license plate hardware. Now, you can pick up locking, anti-rattle hardware that's going to deter theft and keep your frame secure. And even black plastic fastener caps to add an ideal finishing touch.

I'm gonna go ahead and actually measure this from the back and then lining up my tape measure here at the longest point here. We're sitting right at about 13 1/8 inch, 13 1/8 inches long. And then looking at the overall height here at the tallest point, we are sitting pretty close to about 7 3/16 inches tall.

And then let me get my ruler to show you the overall depth, and the, probably gonna be the deepest point right here. Let me turn my ruler around, that probably help a little bit better. We're sitting right at about 1 13/16th inches deep. So just to give you an idea of the overall size. So this feels like this is going to be pretty durable, that it's going to hold up to the elements and provide some really good protection for your license plate.

(fingers knocking) I think that shield is going to hold up really well. I don't think it's going to crack easily or bend or anything like that.
