Unfortunately these numbers don't really mean a whole lot; it sounds like maybe this is a UFP DB42 axle, but there are some other things that we need to know in order to replace your hubs and provide brakes. We would need to know the axle capacity, the bolt pattern on your existing hubs and then, either the numbers stamped on the backs of the bearings in your current hubs; or the measurements of the spindle at certain spots. You'll need to take the measurements with a digital calipers like the # PTW80157.
This would allow us to determine what parts you'll need to replace the bearings. If you're adding brakes to a trailer that doesn't already have brakes, you'll want to make sure when you remove the current hub to find the bearing numbers, that there is a brake mounting flange present. If you've already got brakes on the trailer, please let me know what type of brakes they are (electric, disc, hydraulic)
I've linked some helpful articles that will show you specifically where to measure on your spindle, as well as other articles on trailer brakes. If you can let me know what parts you find on your hubs, we can help locate the correct parts for you.
