Would the curt universal 5th wheel mount and rails fit my truck with no issues, also i have a Reese 5th wheel hitch

According to Curt, their # C16200 universal 5th wheel hitch install kit is compatible with your truck. The kit provides industry standard rails that will work with your Reese hitch.
Because drilling through the frame will be required, you might seriously consider a custom install kit that uses existing holes in the frame like # C16411-204. The custom kit will shave an hour and a half to 2 hours off the install time.
