I have a 2019 Ram 1500 classic with no tow wiring. I purchased a curt 55384 for towing a uhaul trailer. Before I install it - did I buy the right one?

I have a Ford F150, 2015 pickup. I added a rear tailgate light strip and plugged it into the 4 place trailer connection. I would like to get a kit to T into the wire harness so I don't have to use the connection in the rear. With the connection in the rear, it activates the computer to bring up different trailer options on the dash screen. Thanks, Sean
