In order to mount Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711400 on a 2008 Chevy Suburban with the factory rails you'll want to use the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. This foot pack will connect to the raised side rails on your Suburban and allow you to mount the WingBar Evo Crossbars.
