How To Measure For Bearing Replacement on Older 1998 Four Winns Trailer

Question:

I have a 1998 Four Winns double axel trailer that i need bearings for. The Trailer is 42KBBUT23W2010391 Model# D06442 Type: TRA/REM with ST205/75R14C Tires 14x6 J Rims can you size these??

Since trailer manufacturers do not make information like bearing numbers readily available to the public there is not a way to know the bearings based off of the trailer serial number especially with a trailer that is older. There are a few ways to determine which bearings you need. You can remove the hub and bearings from the hub to check the numbers stamped on the side of the bearings. Sometimes they can be harder to read if the bearings are older so you can also measure the inner diameter of the bearings with a digital caliper like part # PTW80157. The most accurate way to find the bearing dimensions is the measure the spindle in the locations I have attached in the diagram. If you can get me that Information I can assist further.
