The hitch height of a truck can vary widely according to the tire sized used and the presence and height of any added lift.

The best way to determine which ball mount is best is to take a couple of measurements as described in the help article I've linked for you. Measure the distance from the inside top of your hitch receiver tube down to the ground. Then, jack the trailer so the frame is level to the ground. Measure the distance from the bottom of the coupler down to the ground. The difference between the two measurements represents the amount of rise or drop you'll need your new ball mount to have. If the hitch height is taller than the trailer coupler, you'll need a drop. If the coupler is taller than the hitch height, you'll need a rise.

The # FA49-00-5900 you'd looked at provides a drop of up to 10 inches and a rise of up to 11 inches. If you don't need quite that much adjustability, go with # WS6-2 which offers a drop of up to 6 inches and a rise of 7.

I've linked you to a help article that fully explains how to measure for the rise or drop you need.
