Which hitch do you have on your truck? The correct rear tie-down will depend on if you have a factory, a TorkLift hitch or a hitch from a different manufacturer. Let's begin by ensuring you have the correct rear tie-down fit for the hitch you have installed.

If it's a factory hitch, you'll want to use # TLF3008A for an 8 foot bed or a # TLF3008 for a 6-3/4 foot bed. The # TLR3504 will work for both bed lengths if the rear hitch is a TorkLift Super Magnum 30K hitch. If your hitch isn't a TorkLift, for both the short and long bed models, you'd want # TLR3500.

If you have the correct tie down for the installed hitch, let me know and we'll do some further troubleshooting.
