We don't have a hitch ball extender for the gooseneck hitch that is compatible with holes in the front, but we do have another option for you. You can use the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs # BWTEXA4200 if you have a round gooseneck coupler to give you an additional 10 inches of turning clearance for your short bed truck if your bolts are on the side of the coupler outer housing which is standard.
