Best RV Camera Setup for Vehicle Towing 2 Trailers
Question:
Hi, Ive glanced through the camera systems but here is whats most important to me: Id prefer to use my phone while mounted on the dash, rather than a dedicated additional screen. But this isnt totally mandatory. Plus I would like it wired, vs wireless, which probably isnt available on a phone based monitor? Id like it expandable, and could swipe between screens or show multiple views at once like a Skype call. for expand-ability, Id like a minimum of 3 cameras, and potentially more if it was an option. Id like a backup hitching camera, and potentially one down the side as well as one on the far back of the trailer looking down as I occasionally double tow, pulling a boat, behind an RV trailer, behind my 2012 Ram 2500. My biggest concern while towing is blown tires that I cant see on the second trailer. I actually wish the cameras could be mounted UNDER the trailers, to see the road beyond and the tires and undercarriage. Those are the areas of most concern to me, not surrounding traffic, etc, Thanks for your advice.

The best setup we're going to have for you is going to be a Furrion Vision S system that starts with part # FOS05TASF for the 5-inch display and monitor. This provides the best reception and overall visibility but what I really recommended it for is its ability to have additional cameras added since you have the second trailer with # FCN48TASF.
This gives you the ability to either have both cameras running to watch both of your trailers or either at the same time. You can mount the cameras wherever makes the most sense as well. We don't have anything ideal for you that uses the phone as the monitor.
