Hitch Extender that Can be Used with Thule Bike Rack for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Hitch Sizes

I have a Thule bike rack and I need a hitch extender. Can you please recommend a part that works best as I need to clear about 4 inches to clear my bumper?
