Rear Suspension Enhancement Options for a 2008 Ford F-250 With a Gooseneck Hitch
Question:
Thanks for the quick reply Michael. After emailing you I looked under my truck when I got home and noticed that because I also have a goose neck hitch that the U bolts that hold it to the frame are located where I need to mount the Timbren. Have you experienced this before? Does that mean I cant add them?

Expert Reply:
Since the u-bolts from your gooseneck hitch wrap all the way around your vehicle frame, the only rear suspension enhancement system option that we have for your 2008 Ford F-250 is the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit, # SSA15. The u-bolts from your gooseneck hitch will interfere with the top brackets of the Timbren springs and similar suspension enhancement systems.
The SuperSprings are easy to install and simply bolt on above your existing factory springs. These springs will offer the same benefits as the Timbren springs by assisting your rear suspension when under a load and adjust automatically. I have attached the installation instructions and a demonstration video for you to check out.
