How To Use 2" Bike Rack On 2013 Toyota Prius

I just recceived my Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 Item # C11276 I have an existing 2 bick rack how do I put this on the 1-1/4 hitch? Thanks

The best option to use a 2" bike rack on a 2013 Toyota Prius is with a 2" hitch, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7178 which is the only available option. However, in certain cases where you have a lighter bike rack and bikes you can use a 1-1/4" to 2" adapter, the Brophy Hitch Expander part # HTAD or part # HT5R. That said, these adapters reduce the weight capacity of the trailer hitch by 50% so the weight of the bikes and bike rack cannot exceed 50% of the trailer hitches capacity.
