will the Draw-Tite QSP Trailer Hitch Silencer and Cover for 2inch Hitch Receivers Item # 63080 can be used with a J-pin Item # 63201?

There wouldn't be any interference between the Draw Tite QSP hitch silencer part # 63080 and the J-Pin part # 63201 but they would be a bit redundant as they both do the same thing which is remove movement and rattle from the ball mount they are used with.
