Yes, you can use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1718 to flat tow your 2017 GMC Yukon SLT 4WD as long as it has the Adaptive Cruise Control. If you don't have the Adaptive Cruise Control then you'll use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1716 instead.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.

I recommend using the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Tow Bar # BX7380 because it has a 6,500 lb weight capacity and comes with safety cables, the Hopkins Wiring Kits # HM56114 and # HM47044 which tee in behind your tail lights and gives you an umbilical that glows so you can be sure power is getting to your tow vehicle lights.

If you'll be towing the Yukon often then I recommend installing a Demco braking system that installs permanently and will really easy to setup. If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes use part # SM99251 but if it has air brakes use part # SM99243.

If you'll only be towing your Yukon every once in a while then I recommend using the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which is a portable system. This doesn't have an extensive install as the Demco units above, but you do have to set this up every time you tow instead of just plugging in wiring at the front of the vehicle and flipping a switch with the units above.

Since your Yukon will sit higher than most other vehicles that would be flat towed you'll likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached out selection and a helpful article on how to choose the correct one (if it's needed).

One other thing I recommend installing is the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766. The battery will need to be disconnected when you flat tow your Yukon and this kit enables you to disconnect the battery with the flip of a switch instead of getting under the hood and manually disconnecting and securing your battery wiring.

I've attached links to some review videos you can check out as well.
