This product part # INXR-6 does fit your 2016 Soul with fixed mounting points. However, we don't have cross bars that work with these mounts for your vehicle.

We do have a full system that works for your Soul part # TH7602B-TH7602B. Thule's products are great and there are tons of attachments you can use for their AeroBlade Edge cross bars.

You also need the fit kit to connect the bars to the fixed mounting points part # THKIT3146 if you have flush rails on your roof. If the roof doesn't have any mounts or rails part # THKIT4051.
