Recommended 4 way and 7 way Combo Plug for 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty

Question:

Is the and way female end that mounts in the truck permanently attached to the 7 wire cable or can end be replaced? Also, if it can be replaced is there a combo female outlet with and way female outlet and 4 way trailer outlet that can be attached to cable? Alternatively, is there another brand that has same specifications that allows to attach a combo 7way/4way outlet? Thank you.
