Since the Erickson Flip-Up Stake Pocket Anchors part # EM01006 are an universal fit I cannot say if they will fit the 1992 Chevy 2500 especially since a past customer had an issue with them in their Chevy 2500. You should be able to use the dimensions to determine if they fit your stake pockets.
The base that covers the stake pocket measures 3-3/4 x 2-1/4 and the lower bracket that secures it inside the stake pocket measures 2-1/8 x 2-1/8. The inside of the stake pocket would need to measure around that measurement or slightly larger to be compatible with the stake pocket anchors.
