Distance From Ground To Hitch and Pin Hole To Bumper on Curt Hitch CU64FR for 2017 Subaru Forester
Question:
Hi. Can you tell me what the measurement is from the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening to the ground and the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost part of the rear bumper?

Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # CU64FR is going to be very similar to the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76182 which are both fits for a 2017 Subaru Forester. In regards to the Draw-Tite, the distance from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube is 16" and the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rear edge of the bumper is 3". These measurements are going to be very similar if not the same as the Curt hitch.
That said, as these measurement are something that we develop it is dependent on us installing the exact hitch on said vehicle in order to obtain them. If there is not a video available which will be located on the product page for said hitch then we do not have the measurements available.
