Yes, you can absolutely get a 5th wheel base rail and installation kit that will work with the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with R20 Slider # C16541 on your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a 6-3/4 foot bed.
For your truck I highly recommend the B&W Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # BWRVK2402.
This kit is the best for your '17 F-350 because it does not require any drilling into your frame rails to install. This is not only great for your truck but also means the installation is going to be simpler and take much less time than a universal kit. Using this kit will benefit you whether you are doing the install yourself (saving hours) or having a professional do it (less install time equals less expensive labor costs).
Additionally, if you have the factory 7-way and need a 5th wheel wiring harness I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Bed # 50-97-410-010.
I have added links to video reviews and installs for you to check out as well.
